A 1962 Omega Seamaster Ref 14770 with a gold capped case. The watch looks identical to the Omega Seamaster DeVille Gold Capped but different case reference and no DeVille on the dial and is slightly more scarce. The watch is in fantastic condition with very nice dial patina on the pearlescent dial. The glass is not original but the crown is Omega. The watch has been fitted with a brand new brown Hirsch Leather strap. This particular style of watch became popular when one of the main actors in the movie ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ wore a gold capped Omega Seamaster. If you’re wanting a timeless piece by Omega that’s fantastic quality while looking good and reasonably priced, this is the perfect watch.

Dial:

The dial is pearl white in color with a sun burst finish. The hour markers are gold colored inserts. The Hour, Minute and Seconds hands are all gold in color. There is a minute track around the circumference of the dial. There is a date window at the 3 o’clock position.
