Eterna, although somewhat an unknown brand, are one of the most important watch companies of the 20th century. Eterna are important for having developed most movements used by ETA still to this day. This particular watch is incredible as it has the Eterna Cal 1644U movement, basically the original ETA 2892, the very same movement used by most high end entry level companies today, yet the movement was developed nearly 60 years ago by Eterna.

What we have here is a stunning dress watch in solid 18k gold, with some incredibly funky lugs and a very slim profile, perfect to slip underneath the cuff of a shirt. The dial is stunning with a linen pattern and silver in color. The overall condition of the watch is good for its age, with scratches and scuffs, which is to be expected. Fitted with a glossy, alligator embossed strap, it really dresses up the watch, along with an original Eterna clasp. This is truly a stunning watch, unique is style, and definitely one to have in your collection.

The dial is silver in color with a linen pattern, There are some slight marks on the dial. The hour markers are gold colored applied inserts. The Hour, Minute and Seconds hands are gold in color. The Hour and Minute hands have Radium luminous compound.
